About the Role An exciting opportunity exists to join a privately held, growth-focused Australian business as Head of Acquisitions. This critical leadership role will drive the identification, assessment and execution of strategic site and asset acquisitions, supporting the continued expansion of a national operating network.

This role suits a commercially driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys negotiating complex transactions, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence national growth strategy within a well‑capitalised platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage end‑to‑end acquisitions pipeline

Build key stakeholder relationships

Shape national growth strategy

Lead national acquisition strategy and pipeline management

Source, evaluate and negotiate new site and asset opportunities

Structure and execute transactions, including pricing and commercial terms

Oversee due diligence, approvals and settlement processes

Build and maintain relationships with agents, landowners, developers and advisors

Partner with internal teams to support integration and asset optimisation

Prepare investment papers and present recommendations to executive leadership

Track and report on pipeline progress, deal metrics and market intelligence

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in acquisitions across property, infrastructure or operating assets

Strong negotiation and transactional leadership capability

Highly commercial, strategic and data‑driven mindset

Ability to structure and execute complex deals independently

Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills

Comfortable operating at executive level in high‑accountability environments
