Job Description Our Technology Risk and Cyber team advises clients about their potential cyber and IT risks and opportunities. We are looking for a senior leader to join our Melbourne team to lead IT Internal Audit services to our Melbourne clients, primarily publicโ€‘sector. This role will be part of our expansive national IT Internal Audit team.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of IT risk & assurance services, including IT internal audits, risk assessments and project assurance reviews for KPMG clients.

Assist with the development of IT internal audit aspects of client audit plans and the scoping of individual engagements.

Deliver dayโ€‘toโ€‘day engagements with client, vendor and KPMG teams to ensure all technology aspects of audit plans are delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality.

Improve clientsโ€™ understanding and management of disruption risk in critical processes and technology through designing and implementing effective controls.

Expand technical skills at the Senior Consultant and Consultant levels within the existing team.

Participate in business development activities, including assisting with the development of proposals for new business.

Remain abreast of developments in technology, internal audit, business resilience and IT risk management to keep KPMGโ€™s approach fresh and at the forefront of industry thinking.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

ITIL certification

Prince2 / Managing Successful Programs certification
