The Opportunity This is a high-ownership role where you'll design and deliver solutions end-to-end - from gathering requirements with stakeholders through to production deployment and ongoing operation. You'll be making architectural decisions, building integrations with third-party platforms, and shaping the future of their technology stack.

The timing is ideal - foundational migration work is complete, and you'll building the exciting stuff: AI-powered document verification, automated platform integrations, and modernised client portals.

What You'll Work On

Design and build scalable systems across the full stack (.NET/C#, Vue.js/React)

Integrate with third-party platforms (workforce management, payment gateways, accounting systems)

Contribute to architecture decisions as they build a modular, API-driven platform

Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions

Modernise legacy Ruby on Rails applications alongside new .NET development

Ensure security and compliance standards (ISO 27001)

What We're Looking For

5+ years software engineering experience, with 2+ years in senior/lead roles

Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server

Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue.js)

AWS cloud infrastructure and Heroku experience

Solid understanding of API design, integrations, and software architecture

Excellent communication skills - can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make architectural decisions

Nice to Have

Ruby on Rails experience (or strong ability to pick up new languages quickly)

Experience in fintech, lending platforms, or regulated environments

Experience with Docker and modern DevOps practices
