Oversee departmental reporting — including monthly forecasts, lead management, bookings, and performance analyses. Present proactive sales performance, strategy, and results to hotel owners and senior stakeholders. Strategic Planning & Market Positioning

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly updates, and tactical plans. Implement strategies quickly in response to market shifts, economic trends, or competitor behaviour. Attend and represent the hotel at key group, event, and sales activities. Collaboration & Hotel‑Wide Impact

Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Reservations, Finance, and other teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Provide market‑driven insights and recommendations for marketing and promotional initiatives. Ensure accurate, compelling sales collateral and information is available across all channels.
