About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Brand Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team, where you will lead the roll‑out and management of our new corporate brand, Mainland Dairy. The role will see you drive brand recognition and trust by overseeing the transition from the old brand (Fonterra) to the new one (Mainland Dairy), while creating and implementing an overarching corporate brand strategy.
This is truly a rare, career defining opportunity, managing the entire process from planning, coordinating teams and controlling budgets to deliver a smooth, successful corporate brand transformation across Oceania, Southeast Asia and South Asia, and Middle East and Africa.
This is a 12‑month contract opportunity.
Reporting to the GM Corporate Affairs, your key accountabilities include:
Developing and executing comprehensive oversight and stewardship of the corporate brand, encompassing brand development, adherence to established guidelines, and the creation of robust governance practices
Creating an overarching corporate brand strategy to help build the corporate brand so that it is consistently recognised, trusted, and valued throughout the organisation and among external stakeholders
Project managing the brand transition plan
Establishing and implementing a Brand Champion network to actively promote the corporate brand
Act as a key partner for local market teams, responding to operational brand needs and providing oversight to support the brand transition.
About You
We are looking for a self‑motivated corporate brand marketing professional who ideally has experience building new corporate brands, particularly through periods of change.
We want to hear from you if you have:
Experience in corporate branding and marketing, ideally from the global FMGC industry
Strategic thinking in brand, communication and marketing
Experience in managing large projects end to end
Strong stakeholder management and capability building skills
Strong governance skills
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business or Marketing discipline.
