Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector. Roles and Responsibilities: Participate in Discovery workshops with Customer and provide them with technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements. Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty Create plugins, workflows and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault etc. Leading the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules Create Data Migration Plan and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools. Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIAL Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team. Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. PREFERRED Has experience of at least 8 years as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies ADDITIONAL Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
