About the Role
As a Client Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role within the firm’s client support function. You will lead and mentor the client services team, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and a consistently high standard of service delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop the client services team to ensure a high-performing, client-focused culture.
Oversee end-to-end client service processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of advice implementation.
Review and improve internal workflows, systems and service standards to enhance operational efficiency.
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, managing complex queries and strengthening long-term relationships.
Partner closely with advisers to understand advice strategies and ensure efficient and accurate implementation.
Oversee preparation and processing of client documentation and maintain high-quality record management systems.
Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance requirements are met.
About You
We’re seeking a proactive, organised and people-focused Client Services professional who enjoys leading others and driving service excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
A demonstrated track record of client services experience
Strong knowledge across superannuation, investments and/or insurance.
Proven ability to lead, mentor or supervise a support team.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the confidence to engage directly with clients and advisers.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with XPlan (highly advantageous).
