The Product team operates as a highly collaborative, outcome‑driven group focused on delivering refined and scalable products while maintaining a seamless customer experience. This role sits at the centre of how we apply AI pragmatically across the business. You will work closely with teams to identify high‑value problems, experiment rapidly, shape the roadmap and prioritisation of initiatives, and lead the delivery of impactful AI solutions from concept through to production. Responsibilities

Define and own the AI roadmap across product and internal operations, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prioritise initiatives across rapid wins, foundational platform work, and long‑term strategic opportunities. Partner with senior leadership to ensure AI investments deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. AI Product Delivery

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of priority AI initiatives—from discovery to production launch. Prototype, test, and iterate on AI workflows to validate concepts quickly. Own PRDs, workflows, success metrics, rollout plans, and ongoing iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build production‑ready AI features. Actively use AI tools and models as part of day‑to‑day work. Experiment with AI‑powered solutions before scaling. Design and refine prompts, agent flows, system logic, and guardrails to support quality and safety. Partner with leaders across Product, Operations, Support, Finance, and Marketing to identify and shape impactful AI use cases. Translate concepts into clearly scoped, deliverable initiatives. Establish shared AI patterns, standards, and best practices across the organisation. Ensure AI initiatives address real customer or operational needs. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide prioritisation, delivery, and iteration. Stay current with emerging AI tools, platforms, and best practices. Balance innovation with reliability, security, cost, and regulatory needs. Ensure responsible and safe use of AI, especially in high‑stakes or regulated workflows. About You

This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, outcome‑focused, and passionate about delivering seamless and valuable customer experiences. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast‑paced tech environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly. Hands‑on experience building and shipping AI‑powered products or internal tools. LLM‑powered workflows and/or agentic systems Prompt design, orchestration, and context management Strong understanding of production AI considerations, including: Hallucinations, drift, and failure modes Guardrails, retries, evaluation, and observability Cost, latency, and quality trade‑offs Strong discovery, prioritisation, and execution capabilities.
