This Australian mining services company is looking to secure a motivated and personable lawyer to join our in‑house legal team.

You will work closely with a collaborative and down‑to‑earth team of lawyers who encourage progression and career development, becoming a trusted adviser to the business.

Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, equipment & personnel hire, services & supply, and joint venture agreements.

Provide advice on a wide range of issues including employment, general commercial law and dispute resolution, and litigation on occasion.

Ensure compliance and advise on legislative and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications 4–10 years of post‑admission experience (PAE).

Strong commercial and contract experience, or a background in construction, corporate or litigation with exposure to front‑end matters.

Experience working with top / mid‑tier firms or leading boutique firms.
