Your Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll be the matchmaker between passionate educators and meaningful careers. Youll lead end-to-end recruitment for all centre based roles drive creative sourcing strategies and deliver a gold-standard experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

What you’ll bring

Several years experience in high volume recruitment and a knack for connecting people

A curious mind and a can-do attitude

Multi-tasking magic you are highly organised and balance competing priorities

Reliability accountability and a team-first mindset

Safety first mindset compliance governance and safeguarding standards matter

Current QLD Blue Card / WWCC (or ability to obtain one)

A love for learning and having fun while doing it!
