WSP in Australia What you’ll do Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets Handle ongoing communication and maintain highly effective professional relationships with local clients Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting About you Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering) Typically 6+ years’ industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects OurBuilding Structures group Our Building Structures group is a specialist team renowned for their innovation in structural engineering and cutting-edge BIM project execution across high-rise and complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in every major city across Australia.
