About The Role Our client is looking for a Technical Architect who will provide technical leadership and architectural assurance across the ICT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ICT architecture standards, models, roadmaps and policies

Provide architectural oversight for complex or high‑risk technology initiatives

Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and industry standards

Lead development of infrastructure architecture practices, tools, and procedures

Build proof‑of‑concept environments to validate solution design and reduce risk

Guide monitoring strategies to improve service delivery and performance

Advise stakeholders on emerging technologies and innovative solutions

Support ICT budgeting, licensing strategies, and technology investment decisions

Essential Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or extensive equivalent experience

Current IT Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF)

Certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, cloud or platform‑specific credentials

Knowledge of ICT governance, risk and compliance frameworks

Strategic, holistic approach to enterprise architecture

Strong expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, storage and hybrid/cloud architectures

Experience designing and implementing enterprise platforms, business applications, cybersecurity systems, infrastructure, and IoT technologies

Demonstrated experience with ICT business continuity and disaster recovery planning

Experience delivering ICT projects involving organisational change
