Key Responsibilities

Lead the store team to achieve sales, wage and target objectives

Co‑create a dynamic retail environment and maintain high standards of customer service

Coach and develop team members through 1:1 training and performance reviews

Manage visual merchandising to reflect brand trends

Implement effective roster management and scheduling

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and standards

Collaborate with the Area Manager and contribute to regional strategies

Required Experience & Skills

Retail store management experience with proven sales track record

Strong coaching and team‑leadership ability

Experience with performance management and reporting

Excellent communication and customer‑service focus

Proficiency in roster planning and retail operations

Knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising

Flexibility to work late nights, public holidays, and weekends
