Sales Lead (Part-Time) – Purpose-Driven Coaching Organisation
Remote (Must be Melbourne-based) | Part-time (3 days per week) | Base + Super + Quarterly commission
We’re looking for a high-empathy, high-integrity Sales Lead to join a fast-growing coaching organisation supporting people through addiction recovery and identity transformation. This isn’t a typical sales role. You’ll be the first real point of contact for people reaching out for help — often in a vulnerable moment. Your job is to guide them through a structured consultation process with care, clarity, and confidence, and support them to take the next step into a coaching program that can genuinely change their life.
About the Role
If you’re strong in sales and naturally people-focused, this role will feel meaningful, challenging, and rewarding. You’ll be managing inbound leads, running structured consult calls and helping clients decide if the program is right for them.
If you’re coming from a health, fitness or wellbeing background and you’re confident in consultative sales conversations, this could be an ideal next step into more purpose-driven work.
Key responsibilities
Calling and qualifying inbound enquiries
Running structured consult calls using existing frameworks
Guiding suitable clients into a group coaching program
Identifying high-potential candidates for a premium 1:1 pathway (escalated to the founder)
Scheduling calls, ensuring attendance, and following up appropriately
Keeping CRM notes up to date and tracking key call outcomes
Re-engaging leads who aren’t ready yet, but may be in future
Representing the organisation’s mission with integrity in every interaction

The Right Background You Might Come From
Consultative sales (high-trust environments where follow-up and relationships matter)
Health, fitness or wellness industries (membership sales, studio/gym environments, allied health, health tech, program sales, client onboarding)
Coaching, support work, counselling, or psychology-adjacent roles
A corporate sales background, but wanting something more values-aligned and meaningful
