Finance Business Partner

to join our growing

ANZ team . Reporting to the Finance Director, this newly created role is a strategic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-channel environment. You'll work closely with teams across IT, supply chain, customer services, HR, and finance - helping shape smarter financial decisions, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Lead financial planning & analysis - deliver insights, models, and reports that guide business strategy and decision-making Own budgeting & forecasting - manage processes that align with business goals, track performance, and highlight opportunities or risks Monitor & report performance - analyse trends, variances, and KPIs, and present clear insights to senior leaders Ensure compliance & controls - uphold SOX and internal control requirements in collaboration with the control manager Partner cross-functionally - support supply chain, IT, sales ops, and customer service with financial strategies to boost efficiency and growth Support channel strategy - provide financial insights for Retail, B2B, and E-commerce growth initiatives Enable strategic projects - bring financial expertise to local, regional, and global initiatives Coach & mentor - support the accounting team and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance What You Bring: CA/CPA qualification 5+ years' experience in senior finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles Experience in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce) Advanced skills in financial modelling, planning, and analysis (Excel & Power BI) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence strategy and drive improvement Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream) and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) Why Join Us?
