Lead a high‑performing Employment & Workplace Relations practice at a nationally recognised law firm with premier clients, a genuine national platform, and earnings potential exceeding $1m. Flexible commencement available.

The Opportunity
Senior executive contracts and bespoke employment agreements
Post‑employment restraints: advice, enforcement and litigation strategy
Unfair dismissal and general protections (Fair Work Act)
Enterprise bargaining (EBA) and strategic industrial negotiations
Industrial disputes, misconduct and disciplinary processes
Investigations into bullying, harassment and discrimination
WHS compliance, critical incident response and safety governance

About You
10+ years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations and/or WHS (top‑tier, leading mid‑tier, or specialist boutique)
Strong market reputation with the capability to originate, grow and retain client work
Confident team leader who delivers strategic, commercial outcomes and mentors high‑performing lawyers
