About the role Reporting to the Sustaining Capital Superintendent, the Senior Project Engineer – Electrical will lead a portfolio of sustaining capital electrical projects from concept through to commissioning. You will act as the project’s electrical subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with site-wide electrical standards, supporting both mechanical and electrical functions, and driving improvements across infrastructure and systems.

Key responsibilities include: Lead and inspire a capable site electrical projects team Support cross-functional teams in project delivery and commissioning Lead stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams Resolve long-standing site issues through innovative engineering solutions Own project budgets and timelines with autonomy and accountability Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects Demonstrate behaviours aligned with Evolution Mining’s values About you

You will hold a recognised Electrical Engineering degree and a manual driver’s licence. You will bring extensive capital project management experience in a mining environment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure. Professional body membership is valued but not essential. You must be a proactive problem solver, a confident communicator, and a collaborative team player who thrives in an autonomous role.
