About the Organisation
Aspire4Life is a national, not-for-profit human services provider and subsidiary of Feros Care. The organisation delivers Government-funded aged care assessment and planning services, including My Aged Care Single Assessment Services and Veterans’ Home Care Assessment Services and Care Finder Program Services. Through independent, person-centred assessments, Aspire4Life supports older Australians to access the services they need to remain independent and connected to their communities.
Operating across multiple regions within a regulated contractual environment, Aspire4Life partners closely with Federal Government and sector stakeholders. As part of the Feros Care Group, it combines strong governance and commercial discipline with a clear social purpose. The Executive Manager will lead sustainable performance, service quality and strategic growth in a sector experiencing ongoing reform.
About the Position
Reporting to the CEO of Feros Care Group, the Executive Manager leads Aspire4Life and is a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team. You will deliver the Aspire4Life business plan in alignment with group strategy, ensuring strong contract performance, financial discipline, governance and stakeholder engagement.
Oversight of strategy, workforce, risk, compliance and service delivery.
Lead a geographically dispersed team, respond to sector reform and funding changes, and identify sustainable growth opportunities while maintaining a strong client‑centred focus.
Deliver the Aspire4Life business plan in alignment with group strategy, ensuring strong contract performance, financial discipline, governance and stakeholder engagement.
About the Person
Proven senior executive within community services or a similarly regulated environment, with demonstrated success managing contract performance across multiple sites.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, Board-level reporting capability, and the ability to build productive relationships with Government and key stakeholders.
An engaging and ethical leader who empowers teams and fosters a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
Resilient, strategically minded and comfortable operating in complex environments where commercial sustainability must align with values-based service delivery.
