With consistent growth over many years and a strong pipeline across NT, WA, QLD and beyond, they are expanding their estimating capability and strengthening their presence in South Australia. This is an opportunity for an Estimator or Senior Estimator who enjoys estimating, collaborative delivery and building pricing that stands up. About the role

Based in a new Burton facility, you will prepare accurate, timely and competitive estimates for modular construction and manufacturing projects. You’ll work closely with estimating team, hire & sales team, in-house designers, operations, project delivery and commercial stakeholders to produce detailed estimates that reflect scope, compliance requirements and delivery methodology. Projects range from residential-style modular builds through to large scale commercial and remote infrastructure packages. You will be part of a growing estimating team supporting a national delivery model. This role will suit someone who values technical depth, enjoys working through scope thoroughly, understands delivery methodology and can clearly articulate how they arrive at their pricing outcomes. Key responsibilities

Review and interpret project plans, specifications and tender documentation Produce high-level project briefs and participate in pre-tender reviews Submit RFIs to clarify scope, inclusions and exclusions Develop detailed scopes of work to obtain, assess and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for competitiveness and compliance Undertake accurate take-offs with a documented evidence trail of calculations and source information Incorporate risk factors, compliance, contingencies and market conditions into estimates Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, subcontractors and other project resources Work closely with the Senior Estimator, Project Managers, Commercial Leads and Operations to ensure estimates align with project objectives Support post-project reviews Work within Cubit and support continued development of estimating processes, tools and templates What we are looking for

We are open to either an Estimator or Senior Estimator level appointment, depending on capability. You will ideally bring: Estimating experience across commercial construction, modular/prefab, D&C projects. Familiarity with freight and inhouse trade pricing as well as site power-generation and water-treatment infrastructure would be favourable. Working knowledge of NCC/BCA requirements, particularly around energy efficiency and accessibility Experience pricing services and compliance-driven scopes such as mechanical, fire and structural interfaces Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with commercial estimating software (e.g. CUBIT) Location and working arrangements

Based in Burton, Adelaide Initial onboarding will include time in Darwin to understand facilities, systems and product delivery (travel provided) Occasional travel to Darwin may be required for major projects (quarterly) Office-based initially to support integration, with flexibility considered over time Why consider this opportunity
