The successful applicant will be involved in a wide range of commercial work including contracts, corporate structuring, lending, business sales and other corporate/commercial matters. What you need to be successful: At least 2 years of post admission experience, with a strong focus on commercial law. Experience in finance, mortgages, business sales, as well as company and trust structuring, would be looked upon favourably. A current Australian practising certificate Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail. A friendly, positive, self-motivated attitude. Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Smokeball experience would be advantageous, but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in plain English.
