Base Pay Range A$165,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Lead client consulting and advisory engagements—including business case development, platform modernisation, integration strategy and implementation support

Apply Project Management, Change Management and advisory capabilities across a portfolio of Banking / Financial Services clients

Support new business development efforts and prospecting activities across the Financial Services landscape

Drive brand awareness and represent IQ as a trusted partner in the industry

Collaborate closely with technical teams and colleagues to understand, meet and exceed customer needs

Qualifications

Banking / Financial Services industry experience

Background in technology leadership, including platform replacement or modernisation, technology roadmaps, architecture choices and integration strategies

Broad knowledge of technology trends, products and solutions within Financial Services

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills

Proven ability to deliver against strict project timeframes and governance standards

Experience across the software development lifecycle and familiarity with multiple delivery methodologies

Proven experience in sales and business development, including meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets

Strong BD capability, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving pipeline growth

Demonstrated ability to build networks, generate new business, and deliver against clear sales and performance targets

Strong team collaboration skills and demonstrated leadership qualities
