Support the design and implementation of consulting projects across our services offerings. Engage Stakeholders:

Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and measurable outcomes. Contribute to Growth:

Assist with proposal writing and tender submissions, contributing to business development. Analyse and Report:

Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights. Learn and Grow:

Develop your consulting capability through exposure to senior consultants, structured feedback, and development pathways. About You We’re looking for someone who is: A recent graduate or has 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or consulting setting. Tertiary qualified in Business, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related discipline. Genuinely passionate about organisational development and people-focused consulting. Energetic, proactive, and a strong communicator, both in writing and in person. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing creatively to problem-solving.
