Djirra is looking for two Managing Lawyers to join our growing Legal Services team, helping to lead service delivery across Regional Victoria. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll provide strategic direction, hands‑on support, and expert supervision to a dedicated team delivering holistic legal support to Aboriginal women. You’ll help build and maintain a positive, empowered team culture while ensuring our services meet all legal, professional, and accreditation standards. As a key member of Djirra’s Legal Services leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Legal Practice Manager to deliver impactful, culturally safe legal assistance that supports Aboriginal women and their families. Requirements You are a qualified legal practitioner holding, or eligible to hold, an unrestricted Victorian Practising Certificate. High court registration, or eligible to hold a High court registration A Working with Children Check Card A Police Check Victorian Legal Aid Panel Certifier status or capacity to apply for certification. Post‑graduate qualifications.
