What ACSO can offer you
full time fixed term role for 12 months (parental leave coverage). To commence ideally late April 2026 - early May 2027
$120,000 - $130,000 base annual salary + superannuation + NFP salary packaging options (up to $150K package)

About the team and the role
Our People Experience teams' goal is to attract the best talent and retain them through helping our organisation create a fantastic employee experience. We're looking for someone to cover a period of team parental leave from April 2026- we're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results driven People Experience Partner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on closely partnering with all levels of stakeholders to support them in people management across the employee journey. You will be comfortable operationally supporting leaders but also strategically - no two days are the same! You will also have opportunities to lead new people projects/initiatives because we're constantly improving and adding value.
What we're looking for
Our new team member will need to:
hold a tertiary qualification in HR, business, psychology, law or relevant discipline
quickly build rapport with leaders and other stakeholders to become an influential and trusted partner
be passionate, proactive and results driven
have demonstrated experience as a successful Partner across the employee journey including ER experience and organisational change
Experience with Award interpretation and ideally SCHADS
have experience in successfully leading, driving and supporting people projects/initiatives
approachable, friendly and supportive to everyone
high level of customer service with natural inclination to go above and beyond
ability to juggle competing tasks and adapt at limited notice
an eye for continuous improvement
great critical thinking and judgement and strong written and verbal communication skills
be able to have fun and a laugh with our team and stakeholders
this role may hold a direct report so people leadership experience is desirable
be comfortable working in the forensic space - we know it's not for everyone!
Be open to attending our other offices in Victoria for one day ad hoc to engage with employees
