Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer / Senior Structural Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who can run projects autonomously, with support from a structural team of Design Engineers and Drafters. You will lead projects and we require someone with 5-6 years of experience, with some of that spent on similar projects. About the candidate

Ideally, you will have: At least 5-6 years of Structural Design Engineering experience, with a significant amount of this locally Experience in High-End Bespoke Residential projects or Architecturally designed projects is highly desirable Excellent communication skills including report writing Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen or Full Australian Working Rights The opportunity to buy into the business over the next couple of years Growth opportunity - reporting to senior management Established team, with a supportive, collaborative environment Excellent salary package Strong focus on company culture How to apply
