Senior Associate/Special Counsel

with 3–8 years' PAE in Disputes & Insolvency, you will drive strategy, manage high-value disputes, and collaborate directly with a Litigation Director to deliver exceptional outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Manage complex shareholder and business partnership disputes

Handle property and lease disputes

Advise on trust disputes and related litigation

Work on employment disputes and claims

Deal with misleading and deceptive conduct cases

Navigate a variety of commercial litigation matters with no two days being the same

Skills & experience The ideal candidate will have:

3-8 years PAE in litigious matters with a strong desire to specialise and grow your career as a commercial litigator

Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus

Strong drive and motivation, with an engaging and proactive team approach

A commitment to building your career long-term within a successful and growing Melbourne law firm
