Dental Accounts Coordinator

Job Category: Accounting & Finance,Administration Smile Solutions, "Melbourne's Home of Dentistry", is located in the magnificent Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four entire levels, plus the tower, all of which are of great significance within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage. We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to over 60 practitioners, 14 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics. An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful dental practice, Smile Solutions, as a Dental Accounts Coordinator on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this is a unique opportunity to apply your dental knowledge in a new way as the clinical eyes on the daily banking processes. What will this role entail:

Reconciliation of our practice wide banking on a daily basis Reconciliation and liaising with our third party payment providers (Afterpay, OpenPay, SACM) Debt recovery Account adjustments and refunds Other reception and administration tasks as required What you need for this role:

Exceptional Customer Service Prior healthcare/dental experience is preferred, but not essential. Well Presented Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential A high level of initiative and motivation A drive to learn and flourish The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple employees of varying seniority An eye for detail and proficient numerical skills The ability to independently problem solve Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry.
