Sales Manager / Director & Senior Leadership - Atlas Recruitment Experts

ATRIS PTY LTD , located in Auburn NSW 2144, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.

Lead and coordinate both the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand development initiatives.

Analyse sales and marketing data to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management to support strategic decision‑making.

Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

About you :

Minimum of one year of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing principles, and brand strategy.

Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

Job Type Permanent / Full-time

Salary $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per annum.
