You will lead the establishment, embed, and enhance existing services as well as define new service offerings to enable successful Program and Project delivery across a large and complex portfolio within Queensland Health.

You will report to the Senior Director – Delivery Support Services and be responsible for leading the Project Support Function. The function is responsible for the following services:

Benefits Management

Contracts and Procurement - in partnership with the Operations and Performance Branch

Delivery Support Office Management

Planning & Scheduling

The Delivery Services Branch is Queensland Health's trusted partner and advisor for digital health project delivery excellence. The branch includes the following units:

Digital Health and Business Solutions

Delivery Support Services

Clinical Program

Digital Partnership Teams

Digitally Enabled Business Solutions

Digital Capital Program

The core function of the branch is to ensure successful delivery of major IT projects and initiatives to our customers across Queensland Health for the benefit of all Queenslanders. This function is critical to eHealth Queensland realising its overall vision, which is to 'advance healthcare through digital innovation'.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated:

Proven delivery experience in the use and application of project management methodologies, frameworks.

Demonstrated track record of effectively developing, managing, and supporting a high performing and service-oriented team.

High level ability to understand stakeholder objectives and requirements and establish effective strategic relationships.
