The Role As a senior HRBP, you bring a solid understanding of all facets of HR and have a passion for building culture, HR framework and leadership capability. "Hands on" and highly operational, you naturally build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, have the experience to have strategic and at times difficult conversations, can influence and negotiate best business outcomes, and mitigate risk. Systems literate, able to work without HRIS and with an appreciation of WHS principals, you are comfortable in an advisory capacity and can also deliver on business needs as directed.

This is a contract role whilst the business goes through a process to identify a permanent solution, you are welcome to be a part of this process. Salary circa $180k.
