Operational Leadership

Manage and coordinate all operational functions, including service delivery, finance, and technical support.

Ensure adherence to company policies, ISMS framework, and compliance standards.

Service Delivery Oversight

Monitor SLA performance across Managed Services and ICT operations.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Financial & Resource Management

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for operational activities.

Approve procurement and manage vendor relationships.

Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor and develop the operations team and develop KPI’s.

Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Strategic Contribution

Collaborate with leadership to develop operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Support major projects through planning and resource allocation.

Collaborate, communicate and work effectively with all Sales and Service areas of the business.

Operational Duties

Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support to the Sales Team.

Identify opportunity to up‑sell when working with the Service Delivery team.

Manage customer on‑boarding, implementation, and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Create or assist with the development of customer proposals.

Providing pricing for service offerings and projects in collaboration with the Sales Team and Leadership Team.

Improve company value by eliminating scope creep across MSA accounts.
