With a strong reputation in Redbank Plains, a highly experienced Operations Manager, and an already stable team onsite, you’ll be stepping into a role where you can truly lead, inspire and make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality practice and exceptional relationships with children and families

Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement

Driving a positive team culture built on support, accountability, and shared expectations

Supporting educators through coaching, development and reflective practice

Building strong relationships with families and the wider community

Working closely with the senior management team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Centre Director with at least two years of leadership experience

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent)

Confident, warm leadership style with the ability to set boundaries and support your team

Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills

Current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis, Child Protection training
