Job Description
Hi, we’re Eva – Welcome home.
With our laser focus on bringing more thoughtful design to your everyday life, come join us as we help make more people feel at home with Eva.
People are a huge part of the way we work at Eva, and we believe in caring for each other, ourselves, our community and our customers. We value honesty and authenticity and work together with humility to make things happen! When the team wins, we all win. If this sounds like a team you’d like to be part of, read on below.
About this role:
We’ve just launched our first artist-designed product collaboration. Opened our second architecturally led showroom and are in the midst of developing brand campaigns that are redefining how Eva shows up in market.
Now, we’re building on that momentum.
The Marketing & Partnerships Lead plays a pivotal role in Eva’s next phase of growth. This role is responsible for driving brand and commercial impact across partnerships, product marketing, and local area strategy — ensuring our showrooms are not just retail spaces, but cultural touch points within their communities.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Retail & Trade Manager and showroom teams to build genuine local connections, create programming that brings people into our spaces, and develop partnerships that feel culturally relevant and design-forward. From artist collaborations to grassroots events, you’ll help shape how Eva is experienced — not just seen.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on connecting ideas, people, and commercial outcomes.
If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been looking for, keep reading.
What you’ll do:
Lead brand & cultural partnerships
Develop and execute Eva’s partnerships roadmap across brand, cultural, trade, and community spaces
Identify and secure collaborations that extend our reach and build cultural relevance
Manage relationships end-to-end — from negotiation and briefing through to execution and growth
Ensure partnerships align to brand positioning and retail priorities
Drive local area marketing strategy
Build local area marketing frameworks for each showroom
With the support of the Head of Marketing, create scalable store launch toolkits across events, partnerships, PR, and paid support
Partner with the Retail & Trade Manager and showroom teams to create grassroots programming and quarterly trade events that resonate
Launch products with impact
Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, including positioning and messaging
Align cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, on-time campaigns
Translate customer insight into compelling product narratives
Drive post-launch analysis and continuous improvement
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in brand, partnerships, local area marketing or product marketing roles.
Commercially minded, with the ability to connect brand building to revenue outcomes
Confident negotiating and managing external partnerships
Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including smaller in-person events
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
Organised, strategic, and hands-on
Experience in retail, lifestyle, or design-led brands is advantageous.
Benefits
Support for any course, conference or training that will help us mutually grow, ears and budget for any wild (but justifiable) ideas.
All the coffee/ tea/ beers/ kombucha you need.
Free anniversary mattress and generous friend/family discounts.
Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
Regular team events (prev. events have included the Australian open, cooking classes & escape rooms).
A diverse culture and a bunch of really lovely people.
We’d love to see your application if you consider yourself to be an operational, customer-obsessed marketer and aren’t afraid to think outside of the box.
