M365 Azure Engineer (Security focus)

Overview

IT Talent Partner - MSP & Education at Better Staff A brilliant opportunity to join a growing Managed Service Provider in Sydney as a Microsoft 365/Azure Engineer with a Security focus. The successful candidate will work as a technical lead on multiple concurrent projects, responsible for the scope and technical design documents and costs associated with project deliverables. This role requires comfort in front of clients, coaching on security controls, and reporting on high severity issues. MSP experience is advantageous. Responsibilities

Leading the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects Security focus – projects and ongoing managed services – responsible for managing cyber threat escalations and providing consulting to clients Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal best practices Designing secure cloud environments and infrastructure solutions Requirements and qualifications

Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (security-focused) Strong technical documentation and design skills Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Security) - Not essential but preferred Great communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability Role details

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Pay range provided by Better Staff; actual pay based on skills and experience Location: Sydney, NSW Work arrangement: Hybrid 4 days in 1 from home Salary: Up to $150,000 + Super Job specifics
