At GCG Headquarters, the Head of Consulting
will support branch capabilities through overseeing and guiding the success of their client projects and branch operations. Less experienced candidates may be considered for the role of
Consulting Associate
at HQ.

In this role, you will:
Lead the consulting team:
Provide leadership and direction to Consulting Associates, including capability development, coaching, and workload prioritisation, to ensure consistent and high-quality support across the consulting function.
Support branch project lifecycle:
Oversee and support the branch leaders on outreach strategy, review project execution, manage client and advisor engagement, and ensure post-project documentation.
Facilitate branch operational improvement:
Recommend and implement process enhancements that optimise the branch workflow to internal/external stakeholders.
Please note that the Head of Consulting does not participate in first‑hand consulting work
To be a successful Candidate, you will:
Be passionate about social impact and management consulting.
Be able to contribute
2-3 hours per week , preferably based in Melbourne.
Have the ability to manage team/project timelines and reviews with detail.
Have demonstrated leadership experience and confidence in a workplace, NFP organisation, and/or student club environment.
Have the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and work collaboratively across functions.
Have strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
