ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of recruiting top talent across our retail network. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional retail professionals who embody our brand’s energy and values. You’ll bring innovative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience – all while keeping up with the ever‑evolving retail industry.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and employment contracts.
Lead large‑scale hiring initiatives, including seasonal recruitment drives and new store openings.
Deliver a seamless, engaging, and memorable journey for every applicant.
Manage and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiencies.
Coach hiring managers on best‑practice talent identification and selection techniques.
Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent, balancing internal mobility and external hires.
Maintain recruitment reporting and ensure compliance with hiring policies and the General Retail Award.
Contribute to exciting recruitment projects that align with our People Strategy
ABOUT YOU
1‑3 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal).
Strong background in high‑volume retail, hospitality, or FMCG recruitment.
Familiarity with the General Retail Award & PageUp is a plus!
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
A true passion for retail, people, and culture.
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a knack for building relationships.
Strong time‑management and organisational skills – you thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
The ability to engage and influence hiring managers at all levels.
A mature, professional, and fun approach to recruitment (because hiring should be exciting!).
