Job Description
The ideal candidate is an experienced (paediatric) therapist who has lived experience in leading, inspiring and nurturing a team of clinicians (across multiple sites) and who enjoys collabouratively working alongside the boarder leadership team. You will be responsible for coordinating the therapists daily delivery of therapeutic care, directly supporting your clinical team and ensuring their clinical competence.
*This is a full or part time role to cover maternity leave of the current clinical director, with the role continuing in a (shared) part time capacity (*with other leadership positions offered to fill the remaining days upon the current clinical director returning part time) after 12 months.

Responsibilities
Manage the daily delivery of therapeutic care across all therapists, as well as working with the admin team to ensure therapists and clients receive all appropriate supports.
Actively supporting the clinical team to meet their KPI's (alongside the admin team)
Develop and improve quality care and service delivery methods, and communicate these to the team including writing policies and procedures
Conducting annual performance reviews, salary reviews, as well as performance improvement plans and disciplinary meetings as required.
Scheduling, coordinating and delivering (in part) Professional Development events, as well as team meetings
Clinically supervise assigned clinicians
Recruitment, induction and onboarding of new clinicians
Managing clinical budgets
Contribute to future company directions and initiatives in an ever changing market place
Shape and nurture positive team culture that allows each individual to thrive
Qualifications
Degree in the chosen allied health discipline.
Experience in management roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Approachable, 'CAN do' and Constant and Never Ending Improvement focused attitude
Commercially mindedness and experience
Curious mindset to embrace new ways of delivering quality care
