Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the company's financial operations, strategy, compliance, and risk management, and will play a key role in guiding the finance team to support business growth and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple industries or divisions. Expertise in financial systems and processes, particularly in project finance, is essential, as is the ability to lead and develop high‑performing finance teams under pressure. As the CFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards, and lead the formulation and execution of financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across diverse business portfolios, as well as implementing a robust risk management framework. The successful candidate will be adept at building cross‑functional collaboration, have strong analytical skills, and possess outstanding communication abilities for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent postgraduate qualification, is preferred, and the ability to adapt financial strategies to changing market and business conditions is a must.
