Job Description
About the role
You will own and evolve Company Profiles and Reviews, one of SEEK's strategically important surfaces shaping how candidates understand employers and how hirers build trust and differentiation. This role sits at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, employer branding, and candidate decision making. You will have high levels of autonomy and end‑to‑end ownership, from setting product strategy and defining problems worth solving, through to delivery, experimentation, and measurement. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with design, engineering, data, commercial, legal, and content partners, and regularly engage senior stakeholders across the business. You will manage and drive product strategy, design deliverables such as UX designs, research, and user testing, while working within a development team to ensure smooth delivery.
Responsibilities
Own a core problem space and drive product transformation to better meet customer and business needs
Challenge the status quo and shape SEEK's business model evolution through bold strategic product thinking
Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and clear accountability for outcomes
Advocate relentlessly for customers by designing experiences that address real problems and deliver measurable value
Identify and validate opportunities through discovery practices balancing user needs, commercial potential, and strategic fit
Shape and lead execution plans delivering product improvements, UI changes, and new functionality
Monitor and drive key product metrics, ensuring product health and performance are regularly assessed and iterated
Stay abreast of market, technology and competitor trends, bringing outside‑in thinking to product strategy
Qualifications
Skills and experience
Strategic problem‑solver comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complexity to find clear paths forward
Structured decision‑maker confident making nuanced trade‑offs and bringing others on the journey with strong influencing skills
Strong customer orientation with passion for understanding user needs and delivering valuable experiences
Commercial mindset, able to balance customer value with business outcomes and work cross‑functionally with product, design and engineering teams
Analytical and data‑driven, experienced using qualitative and quantitative insights and collaborating with data scientists to inform decisions
Deep product development experience with fluency in agile practices, discovery methods, technical solution design and iterative delivery
