THE ROLE

Working under 2 directors and assisting in managing a team.

High level preparation of compliance and advisory work.

Liaising with large clients from various industries on a regular basis providing tax and general business advice.

Developing staff through supervision , review and mentoring.

YOU

Experience in an Australian accounting firm managing staff and clients

CA/CPA completion

Proficiency in Division 7A, CGT and matters for SMEs.

Ability to mentor, train and review junior staff members work

Prior experience in presenting to clients

Ambition to progress and have genuine interest in equity pathways
