What you’ll bring

8‑10+ years’ experience in market research or insights, ideally in a leading consultancy.

Proven expertise in CX and VOC programmes, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable strategies.

A passion for storytelling with numbers – strong data analysis skills (Q, SPSS or similar) is a plus.

Natural leadership qualities to mentor and inspire a growing team of bright juniors.

The ability to build deep, trusted client relationships and deliver work of the highest quality.
