With further exciting growth, it now seeks a top senior strata / property lawyer to head up their newly created STRATA LAW division.

YOUR ROLE In this unprecedented once‑off ‘ground level’ opportunity, you will be the firm’s ‘go to’ senior specialist strata lawyer heading up the newly created strata law sub‑division.

You will relish the challenge+ rewards of engaging in FULL‑SPECTRUM:

advisory / transactional (eg by‑laws, strata meetings, community / building management / service / strata agency contracts, building compliance, sub‑divisions, easements / covenants, licensing, sale of management rights / strata rolls, work health & safety, insurance etc); PLUS

litigation / dispute resolution (eg building defects, levy debt recovery, commercial contractual disputes etc).

relating to strata / community title issues.

Engaging in business development / networking to further grow your practice;

Leading / mentoring junior lawyers.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you :

have 4-20+ years PAE experience as a PROPERTY transactions / advisory lawyer (including 2+ or more years’ in strata law );

also have some property / strata / construction litigation experience (preferable, not essential);

EITHER have a transferrable client base / strong referral network OR have a proven track record in business development / marketing +willing to engage in such [ESSENTIAL];

are ambitious+ results-driven + resilient with an entrepreneurial / commercial mind‑set;
