About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll collaborate with delivery leaders and engineering teams to build scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices that support strategic initiatives. You’ll play a key role in uplifting engineering capabilities, driving quality, automation, and security while mentoring others and leading technical best practice adoption.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and support high-quality software solutions across web, API, and microservice.

Provide technical leadership in automation, CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring practices.

Embed secure software development principles through code reviews and threat modelling.

Coach and mentor engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.

Analyse system requirements, create technical designs, and ensure robust testing across all phases.

What You’ll Bring

7+ years of software engineering experience. Technical leadership is a plus.

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and front-end development using ReactJS.

Proven Testing skills and ATDD or Behavioural Driven Development.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.

Proven ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
