Through their broadband division, we design, build, and operate high-speed fibre networks that provide residents with reliable, independent connectivity. As their network footprint expands, they are looking for a Solution Architect to help shape the technology backbone of their growing broadband operations. The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to architect and implement a complete OSS/BSS platform from the ground up. You will enable scalable fibre network operations, efficient customer lifecycle management, and a seamless digital experience for residents. Your work will directly influence the growth and success of our broadband services. Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the design and implement end-to-end OSS and BSS architecture, leading vendor selection and platform evaluation to ensure the right long-term technology fit. You will define and oversee integration architecture across network systems, provisioning platforms, CRM, billing systems, and customer portals, ensuring seamless connectivity between operational and commercial functions. The role will involve establishing scalable provisioning and service activation workflows, designing robust data models for network inventory and service mapping, and driving automation across the full order-to-cash lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver systems that support growth across multiple estates and enable efficient, scalable broadband operations We're looking for a mix of the following:

Proven experience implementing OSS/BSS platforms, ideally from scratch. Background within telecommunications or broadband operations. Strong understanding of: Billing and charging systems CRM integration Experience integrating network infrastructure with business systems. Bonus Skills:

Experience in alternative broadband providers or fibre network operators. Scaling systems in high-growth environments. Designing greenfield telecom architecture. Next steps
