Senior Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Outs

Cachet Group is seeking a

Senior Project Manager

to lead the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout

Brisbane . This role goes beyond traditional project delivery - you’ll gain exposure across design, construction, commercial operations, and general management, setting you up for long-term career growth.

The Role You’ll take projects from early pitch through to handover, coordinating teams, managing subcontractors and consultants, and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll ensure programs, budgets, quality and client expectations stay on track, while shaping a smooth and positive project experience from start to finish.

Our projects typically range from mid-scale workplace fit-outs through to larger multi-sector environments, giving you variety, complexity and the chance to grow your capability across D&C delivery.

You’ll also take a proactive approach to safety, maintaining strong OHS standards and helping create safe, compliant construction environments for everyone on site.

What you’ll be doing Lead multiple projects from pitch to completion, managing program, budget, quality and client communication Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors and site teams throughout design and delivery Oversee site progress, safety, OHS compliance and cost performance Manage documentation, variations, claims and completion deliverables Contribute to broader business initiatives across design, delivery, commercial decision-making and operational improvement

About You 8+ years experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (D&C experience highly valued) Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Confident managing budgets, schedules, procurement and contract administration Proactive in maintaining high safety and OHS standards onsite Comfortable leading multiple projects in fast-paced environments Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field (preferred, not essential) Extra time off!
