Partner Sales Director – Australia / New Zealand and Regional CSP Alliance Lead Location:

Sr. Director PSE Leader Growth Markets, ANZ and Japan

What You’ll Do As the Director, Partner Sales Executive (PSE) for Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) and Regional CSP Alliance Lead, you’ll drive strategy, execution, and executive engagement across the region. You will lead strategic engagement with Cloud Services Providers (CSP) in APJ, ANZ and LATAM, architect and execute a unified partner strategy connecting CSPs with ISVs, GSIs, and local ecosystem players, and own the CSP partner pipeline.

You will serve as the Partner Sales Executive for ANZ, executing joint offerings with partners and leveraging Teradata and partner program assets and resources. Your impact will be seen in the growth of partner‑sourced and influenced pipeline, new logo identification, and revenue targets through joint go‑to‑market initiatives, co‑selling motions, and partner‑led campaigns. Success in this role means driving strategic deals to closure, localising global programmes for the ANZ market, and orchestrating scalable tri‑party plays that unlock repeatable demand across markets.

Who You’ll Work With You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales engineers, analytics & industry sales specialists, customer success and renewal teams, and global partner programme and alliance teams. The role requires building and maintaining senior relationships across CSP leadership and key partner executives, and working closely with ANZ, JP and LATAM sales leadership. You will report to the Head of Partner Sales Growth Markets and ANZ, Japan.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree a plus)

Minimum 15 years’ experience managing complex relationships in high‑tech, with expertise in partner alliance management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels

Proven experience with Hyperscaler/CSP programmes and sales motions

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at senior management and C‑executive levels

Strong understanding of business culture in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand

What You’ll Bring Track record in AI product and analytics solution campaign management or experience working with regional systems integrators, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and cloud providers. Experience in strategy, business planning formulation, and execution with measurable results. Ability to manage complex selling environments and align objectives between partners and Teradata. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic sense. Ability to develop presentations and materials, support sales calls, and maintain best practices on campaign management.
