The Position
The Chief Financial Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and supporting the CEO and Board to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the financial functions and strengthen systems, processes and internal controls.
Provide commercial insight to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial reporting.
Manage ASX reporting, statutory compliance and Company Secretary duties.
Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integrations.
Drive a performance‑oriented culture, lifting financial acumen across the company.
Manage relationships with external audit, tax, banking and insurance partners.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and commercially focused finance executive who brings both strategic capability and a hands‑on approach. You will thrive in dynamic environments, be confident influencing decision‑makers and can balance long‑term thinking with operational execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience operating at executive leadership team level.
A track record of driving financial strategy, governance and organisational performance.
Strong capability across finance, accounting, risk and corporate reporting.
Experience in M&A, financial due diligence and capital structuring.
The ability to build capability, coach teams and uplift organisational culture and accountability.
Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder engagement skills.
CA/CPA qualifications; ASX and Company Secretary experience will be highly regarded.
