Project Director – Banking Migration / Mergers and Acquisitions Location:

Melbourne + WFH (hybrid)

Duration : 12 months + extensions

Rate : $1200 - $1600 per day (negotiable on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Technology Delivery Lead – Banking Migration

to drive complex delivery programs across major banking platforms. This includes Mergers & Acquisitions integration, customer migration, and end-to-end enterprise testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of customer and data migration activities.

Oversee engineering, testing, cutover and operational readiness.

Manage integration across multiple systems and vendors.

Drive test strategy, enterprise QA alignment and quality outcomes.

Provide program-level leadership, governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.

About You

Proven experience delivering large-scale banking migration, M&A, and integration programs.

Strong background in enterprise testing, technical delivery, and cutover execution.

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in regulated banking environments.

Deep understanding of banking technology landscapes, core systems, and integration patterns.
