This is a high‑visibility global role, offering the opportunity to work closely with impressive, complementary finance leaders and an APAC finance structure that is continuing to expand.
The Opportunity
The Finance Director – Performance & Planning will play a key role in shaping regional strategy, commercial evaluation and forward‑looking financial leadership. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading performance planning, financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic forecasting.
Evaluating incentive structures, bonus frameworks, leverage models and profitability strategies across a complex professional services environment.
Driving margin improvement and operational efficiency analysis to support commercial and operational leaders.
Strengthening the FP&A capability across the region, with a particular focus on business partnering and forward‑looking planning disciplines.
Supporting evolving board expectations, capital structure requirements and private‑equity driven value‑creation targets.
Collaborating with leaders across Brisbane and Asia as the finance structure continues to scale, including working closely with peers overseeing controllership and broader APAC financial management.
Contributing to the evolution of reporting, modelling and forecasting processes during a period of rapid growth and organisational transformation.
About You
We are seeking a senior finance leader who brings:
12–15+ years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance or performance planning.
Strong capability in financial modelling, commercial analysis, incentive design, pricing and margin review.
Experience in professional services or a similar commercially complex, people‑driven environment (highly advantageous).
Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, BD and Regional Leadership.
Comfort operating within a matrixed, multinational context.
A balance of detail orientation with pragmatic, commercial problem‑solving.
