Project Manager – Enterprise

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join a large-scale transformation program within one of Australia’s leading telecommunications organisations. This role will play a critical part in delivering key initiatives across Procurement, Supplier Management, and Technology, driving enterprise-wide change and system uplift.

This is a high-impact role suited to a senior Project Manager with proven end-to-end delivery capability, strong governance experience, and the ability to operate effectively across executive and delivery-level stakeholders within complex enterprise environments.

Initial contract until end of June, with 90% likelihood of extension

THE ROLE: This role will lead the delivery of key enterprise initiatives across Supplier, Procurement, and Third-Party Risk streams, including driving the transition from manual spreadsheet-based tracking into system-based platforms.

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, establishing governance frameworks, detailed delivery plans, stakeholder engagement models, and change management strategies to ensure successful business outcomes.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape delivery outcomes, steer executive conversations, and ensure enterprise alignment — rather than simply escalating issues.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives across Procurement, Supplier Management, and Risk

Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, governance, execution, and reporting

Establish and manage governance structures, forums, and executive reporting

Drive transition from spreadsheet-based processes to system-driven tracking and oversight

Lead organisational readiness, business change, and adoption activities

Manage senior stakeholders including GMs, Executives, and ExCo-level leaders

Work closely with Procurement, Supplier Management, Risk, and Technology teams

Drive delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue management

Support system implementation activities including vendor engagement and integration

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

5+ years’ experience in Enterprise Project Management

Proven track record delivering end-to-end enterprise programs and complex system implementations

Strong background across Project Management and Business Analysis

Demonstrated experience establishing governance structures, delivery frameworks, and change strategies

Strong senior stakeholder management experience, including GM and Executive-level engagement

Ability to influence, steer outcomes, and drive alignment, not just escalating issues

Strong planning, delivery management, and execution capability

Experience within Procurement, Supplier Risk, Vendor Management, or Third-Party Governance

Experience delivering system implementations and enterprise platform rollouts

ServiceNow experience

Exposure to technology strategy and transformation programs

Telco or large enterprise experience
